Palin interview by Stage 2 Studios attracts national attention




(Wasilla, Alaska – January 4, 2009) Stage 2 Studios filmed an exclusive interview with Alaska Governor and former Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin. The interview was commissioned by documentary filmmaker and controversial radio talk show host John Ziegler as a part of his upcoming documentary, "Media Malpractice: How Obama won the Election."

The rare interview with Governor Palin has generated tremendous interest with over 1 million hits on YouTube.com in the first few days. The video has been featured on most major news networks including CNN and FOX News.

Stage 2 Studios was chosen to film the interview due to the company's extensive experience and reputation with High Definition production. The interview was filmed at Governor Palin's home in Wasilla using two High Definition cameras.

"We had about 30 minutes to set up equipment before the interview due to the tight
schedule. There was no room for error," said John Conn, a partner at Stage 2 Studios. "The interviewer was only in Alaska for a matter of hours so they needed a film crew they could trust to get the job done quickly and correctly."

Stage 2 Studios was commissioned to shoot only the interview. All editing will be completed by Ziegler's team in the coming months before the film is released. The film's controversial subject has generated a significant amount commentary and criticism on blogs and in the national news. The owners of Stage 2 Studios stressed they did not contribute to the political or editorial content of the interview but have enjoyed being a part of a project that has gained such widespread interest.

"We really had no idea what the interview was about before we arrived at Governor Palin's home," said Mr. Conn. "When we learned of the potentially explosive subject matter of the production we were excited to have a role in the project. Watching the context of each question first-hand was very interesting as well."
